Quilts for Chernobyl

July has been a busy creative month with Exhibitions, farm and school visits.

Making quilts,cards and felt, among alot of other creations.

The Gallery has been as busy as ever and I am gearing up for

new classes to begin in September.

There is still a week to go with me preparing for a

felting demonstration on the 31st of July at

The Alpaca Farm.

Also teaching @The Gallery and a teaching day in my Studio,

plus group meetings, the last before the Summer Break.

Fibrefusion Exhibition

On Sunday 27th of Feb 2011 Jenn an I went to Cottenham College near Cambridge

to see the ‘Textile in Focus Exhibition.

It was wonderful and so much inspiration.

The exhibitors were so friendly and inspirational.

The workshops are always successful.

Me at The Knngs Lynn Museum

The Kings Lynn Embroiderers Guild has an Exhibition,

on until the 22nd of August, at The Kings Lynn Museum and this is me

demonstrating needlefelting with an embellisher machine at the Exhibition.

Babel Exhibition

Last night I was invited by one of my private students to a Private View, of’ ’The Babel Exhibition’,at Greyfriars Gallery, Kings Lynn. It is the exhibition of Year 2, Fine Art Degree Students from The Colege of West Anglia. The students work is a response to the story of  The Tower of Babel’.

The Exhibition is polished and really worth a visit and is on until 20th March 2010.
